retro021957 @mixitupcloset hi you visited my closet once and said welcome to Poshmark and if I hit any questions well I have a question now. A lady purchased a pair of Kate Spade jeans I clearly wrote a size 26 all over. She obviously thought they were a plus 26 or American 26. I understand now I have to clearly right all my two dimensions. However I don't like anybody being unhappy what would be your suggestion for me to remedy this problem. Thank you

retro021957 @mixitupcloset she already purchased them and rated me a 2 and said there should be a better description. Stating that I should have put European sizing when it was not European it was the size of the waist the waist and she must have thought they were size 26 plus

I feel it's kind of weird why a size 26 waist would show up in a 26 plus size shopping feed. I'm not sure if that's a question for Poshmark support?

find_seekeying I realize that we should include certain measurements in our listings even though there are times when I don't always get to do that... So then I think of how I am when I'm on the buying end and feel that if I'm buying something that doesn't show all measurements then I'll ask the seller when in doubt! I don't mean anything bad towards that person but I feel it's not our responsibility to provide European sizes in our listings.

find_seekeying I'm like you and always want to make my customers happy so I'm not sure if you accept refunds or even how that would work now.. If she could send the jeans back to you? I would probably contact Posh support if that's the route you want to go. For what it's worth, I don't see her negative feedback anywhere while looking at your page. I apologize if I wasn't of much help in this situation but always here to help try!! 😊
