honeybat I received your negative review and I'm honestly surprised! I have never had any problems with packaging or quality of items. All of my items are unused & in brand new condition. I sent out two pairs of sunglasses at the same time & the other recipient had no problems. I also hand package everything and know i sent it out securely. I am sorry you had a negative experience with us & we'll work harder to ensure it doesn't happen again. I apologize and hopefully Posh is able to resolve your issue

honeybat also, i remember shipping out your sunglasses out in a sephora play box because i had to reopen the box and make sure i was sending the right sunglasses to the right person because i had two orders for sunglasses that day. Im not sure what envelope you're talking about because i dont use envelopes! again, so sorry, I'm not sure what happened once the sunglasses got to you.❤️

kristkreep @honeybat you wrapped easy breakable sunglasses with on little piece of bubble wrap. I have never given a bad review and dont like it. I have my iwn business and ship items everyday very well And write fragile on the box. I dont know why you are surprised. The post office employees dont care. I was find with the deep scratch along the side but when i put them on they were crooked. Sorry. I am just telling it the way it is.
