No and I am not sure if the optometrist's shop ever gave them to me!!! Truly don't recall AT ALL ..
But anywhere, even Lens Crafters/Costco I think can fit them for any type of lense ... I priced them accordingly, taking that into consideration :)

@spiros101 Sure, they are prescription and polarized as mentioned in the ad which can become bubbled, etc in the lense as you’ll see. I will upload one shortly.
