Toad & co Hillrose Dress

Blue button up mini dress with pockets. It has a cute flutter sleeve and a floaty feel. The fabric is light weight but not see through. There is only elastic in the back so you don’t have that pinched look. It’s the perfect farmer’s market outfit. FYI: Due to the buttons this will not fit anyone larger than a 36D No tags but new condition because I only wore it a few times.
