Toddler 18-24M tutu dress

New toddler dress. Without tags. But never worn. Only tried on once. Size 18-24M. My daughter was very much against the fabric of the tutu. However, it's not the hard crunchy fabric, it's very light and soft, not at all scratchy on the skin. My daughter is just very set in her ways LOL. Very cute dress, I'm sure it would make some little girl very happy. It definitely has slight princess vibes. From a smoke-free, cat-friendly home 🐈🐈
