Size small, fits more like a 4, could fit a 6 with C-cup or smaller. Fabric is a thick navy cotton, feels very soft but also solid quality, very little stretch. Knee length with a peplum trim on the bottom. Could work with heels and a necktie to dress it up. Also great casual for brunch or the office. Versatile and very cute. Only worn once because it’s too small for me.
