Tommy Hilfiger dress

Blue, lightly patterned dress. My daughter actually wore it as a top too once it got too short. It's double layered, so not super thin- good quality. Good used condition, lots of life left. The size is 18m but I'd say you could wear it 12-24 (from dress to tank top, or with tights under)
