Torrid Black Pencil Skirt Size 1 (1X)

Torrid black pencil skirt. Brand new, with tags. Has some stretch to it. Sadly it doesn’t fit me well and I missed the window to return. I have a cat in my home. Skirt has been in protective plastic bag since purchased. No flaws.
