This is because I wait until the item is sold to freshly launder and steam every item. Washing something only to have it sit in the basement on a rack for ages and having to rewash it is kind of a waste. Please check my love notes, the most mentioned thing is that everything is freshly washed and pressed! Also, I've just started washing everything in Pyrex Baby so your clothing does not arrive with an overpowering laundry scent. This seems to be preferred. If something is truly 'dryclean only' I will note it. I'm cheap, I wash all of my clothes in cold water on the gentle cycle and either dry in low or tumble only mode. If it's extra delicate, I'll hang it to dry. I do try to add a note in every package letting you know how I care for it. Who on earth needs drycleaning costs?!
