No holes or marks. There are loose threads that attach the sequins, easily tightened from the inside. There may be the off missing sequin. Freshly washed and line dried outdoors Tag size reads “free size”, which I interpret to mean One Size Fits Most. In my opinion, this will certainly fit up to and including a Large.
