athoma55 @unemaison hey! Just wanted to comment on your rating / message. The item was washed so I'm not sure why you would have stated that it wasn't in the review. Also I'm a smoke free, animal free home. Perhaps you could let me know exactly what was perceived as unclean? The pants were not ironed FYI. I'm not doing that for a non-profit item. Sorry, not trying to be a stickler but you also disabled comments back. Best of luck!

unemaison @athoma55 I believe you! They genuinely were not clean - potentially slipped through the cracks. They were dirty inside and out - including the crotch which was not pleasant to receive. I had to bring them to a dry cleaner to be sterilize and I ended up throwing them away and losing my money.

unemaison @athoma55 I take a lot of pride in my shop and put a great deal of care and effort into customer service which can be seen in how I curate my listings, the custom packaging I use, the free gifts I include, the quantity of bundles I sell, and the number of return shoppers I have. 2/3

unemaison @athoma55 I genuinely appreciate that you reached out! I gladly would have increased your rating if I felt respected in the process (mistakes happen and I don’t fault anyone for that!) Instead I was met with blame and a lack of sincerity from someone who questions how I “treat customers” without considering how they treat their own. 3/3
