Unique wool dress pants

These pants are high waisted and made from a light-weight wool and polyester fabric. Waist measures approx. 26 inches but the elastic waistline allows it to stretch to at least 29 inches. Navy blue color with grey on the waistline. The hem is also cuffed. These vintage pants are so unique and so cute!
