Upcycled quilt chore coat handmade vintage pansy blanket 70s colours L XL 2XL

I made this lightweight coat by repurposing a quilt. It has two front patch pockets and metal snaps closure. The quilt was handmade but it's not a real patchwork quilt, it's a big sheet that gives the impression of being a traditional patchwork quilt. I'm guessing it's from the 70s judging by the brown and orange floral prints. It's very roomy. I'm 5'8 and normally wear large. It fits oversize on me but could easily fit 2XL or maybe even 3XL It's 29 inches pit to pit and all the way down (waist and hips).
