Urban outfitters, out from under collection. V- neck velvet crop

This is a top from the collection out from under, by urban outfitters. This top is very unique unlike others designed. The material is soft, good quality and thick. The colour is stunning, gorgeous shining blue. Only was worn once. Just as if it was brand-new. Cardigan/sweater/blouse v-neck, sleeveless crop. (I think sweater?)
