Vibrant Emerald Green and Black, Polyester blend 1980's Dress. Made by a seamstress which means the quality in the workmanship is excellent. The bottom half of the dress is pleated and has a small green bow on the left side. Drop waist cut. There is a small thread that is slightly visible, part of the fabric makeup.
