Colebrook & Co. is a brand that has been sold in the United States and Canada, and sometimes brands will use "chico" as a Spanish translation for "small" on their tags, particularly if they are sold in areas with a significant Spanish-speaking population.
Therefore, "s/ch" is the equivalent of a men's small size.
