This double breasted dress by V.I.Petites is a great retro look. White buttons and a linen-look fabric, notched collar and lapels and two front pockets. Shoulder Pads Small buttons on the short sleeves that also have a pleat down the centre. Made in Canada. Tag size 14, this is a vintage size. Based on measurements I have listed as size M. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 15.5", pit to pit 18", waist 17", length shoulder to hem 39", sleeve 12". Material is 75% polyester/25% Rayon. Machine wash cold and hung to dry.
