VTG 90s Positive Attitude Chiffon Dress, 14

Great vintage 90s dot print dress from Positive Attitude. Larger dots in shades of maroon and burgundy, with dark tan, navy, and black accents. Sheer chiffon overlay, fully lined except for the short sleeves and bottom few inches of hemline. Roughly shin length. Great draped cowl neckline with a little weight in it to keep it looking nice. Lightly padded shoulders. In good vintage condition. One long snag in the chiffon overlay, see photo, not super obvious. Size 14.
