This lot is a mixture of full new balls and yarn from the same dye lots that has been frogged from an unsuccessful project. The price reflects the condition of the yarn — used but in perfect knitable condition. 3 full, unknitted skeins still with their ball bands plus a number of skeins which I frogged, washed and reskeined, totalling approximately 5.75 skeins. The used balls have been washed and reskeined. They are all the same dye lots. One of the unused balls was accidentally cut, resulting in a short section near the start of the skein. According to the information on the ballband, each full ball has 113m of yarn, so there is a total of approximately 988m, or 1080 yards -- enough for a child's or small adult sweater, or many smaller projects. This yarn is still available online from a number of retailers with an average price of $12 per ball, although you might be able to find it on sale for less. The colourway is “Stone Blue”, a cool midrange blue. I have tried my best to capture the colour, but your screen or eyes may see something slightly different.
