Vancouver designer Esqualo size 2XL.Blue and pink paisley dress very heavy

In like new condition this dress retails for about $310 it is super heavy it has a cotton liner underneath the sheer fabric which makes it heavy it’s also quite warm but it does have exposed sleeves it has quite a heavy hardware it’s got a beautiful stitching along each arm the back portion is quite sure but just on the shoulders in the arms the fabric the cotton wraps all the way around and it’s got an Elastic waist band that is not super tight it also has pockets and it does have some heavy beadwork hanging from the shoulder
