megzzzm @juliebauer13 Hey there, this must have been super frustrating for you, and I know those shoes aren’t cheap. I don’t want anyone to be in that kind of position. I’d be feeling frustrated too. I feel I should let you know that I did not make the shoes, so I can’t control how well they hold up. I only resold them from Skechers. I think this issue might be better solved with them.

juliebauer13 @megzzzm As you probably know that style has been discontinued for a long while. My guess is they were subject to extreme temperatures in storage causing the foam to deteriorate. As the seller I was hoping you would offer a partial refund or credit. Sincerely, Julie

megzzzm @juliebauer13 poshmark does not give me those options unfortunately, not until the buyer submits a report of the issue. Hopefully if you do that it will allow me to do something.
