Velvet Jacket - Bolero Style

Off to my dog’s birthday 🥳 party!! What do I throw on over my special tee? This cute, velvet, bolero style jacket is perfect. This does not have any pockets so its more streamlined. It features not too obvious shoulder pads! The three quarter length sleeve is also a nice touch. The front features a split lapel for a nice finish!
