Here are the measurements:
PTP 25 inches
Waist 23 inches
Hips 31 inches
The measurements are approx.
Stretchy - not much; there’s a lot of shell fabric but the lining 100% polyester is less stretchy.
Wrinkle free - not much; it’s 100% viscose, it’s wrinkled from being folded, however it will not wrinkle much from having it on.
Air dry - the label says professional dry clean only.

@dcproject thanks! i think it might work, as i'm now at 47" waist, but it's a risk... what would be your very best price? is there any chance i might purchase ghis at under 100$? i know it's a stretch, but i was hoping to find a dress that fits and is easy to travel with (not voluminous or heavy) in a sale/closet clearout for 80$ in total.
