beautiful silk chiffon floaty skirt from Veronica Beard features green and red floral on black with a ruched left side and and draped fabric for a beautiful silhouette tiered bottom unlined, but silk is doubled inside so it is not sheer except at last tier of hem Sz 10 waist flat 16 inches length approx 17 inches but varies due to the tiered hem. definitely a mini skirt. I am reposhing as it is too short for me!
