Vibrant Blue/Green Pencil Skirt

This gorgeous lined Turkish skirt has an eye pooping blue green color and lovely chain detailing down the side. Its giving me Emily in Paris vibes. Sadly no longer fits my waist hehehe. It sits high on the waist above the hip bones. Material I’m not sure of but reminds me of a light wool? 14” waist but has slight give (It fits about 28-29in waist on) 24” long with small slit in front
