posh_girl27 @jonassonsgirl3 14 inches across when laying flat and material has some stretch. So if you measure at your hip bone (not waist) cause these are more low waisted, and you are 30-31.5 inches around these will fit perfect. If you are 28 at the waist bone you might want a belt because the pants elastic doesn’t “sinch in” like high waisted jeans. It just kind add give if you need it. Up to prob a 32 maybe 33 inches around at the hip bone. Hope this helps.
