Vintage 100% Silk Ann Taylor Skirt

From my research, this skirt appears to be from the 90s/early 2000s. Perfect flowy silk skirt. Colour is most accurate in close up photos. I would style it with a tank and flip flops in the summer. Could be dressed up or down. No stains or holes. Please refer to measurements as it fits smaller than a modern 4 in my opinion.
