The photos don't do this 1960s sparkly blue lurex sailor inspired dress justice. It is much more glittery cobalt blue in person. High quality, lined with metal "USA" zipper up the back, and Canadian union label. It has a very unique feature of a removable bib, so this mod mini dress can go from modest to daring in a snap. It is rare to find detachable pieces like this still intact. I date it early to mid 60s because the length is between a wiggle dress and a mini dress.
