Vintage 1960s Japan Three Strand Faux Pearl Beaded Necklace with Hook Clasp

This is a beautiful, vintage faux white pearl necklace from the 1960s, inspired by Jackie O (Jackie Kennedy), it was all the rage! It is three strands of lustrous, white, faux pearls with a beautiful vintage look. The necklace is in excellent condition and is very real looking. The smallest strand is adjustable from 19.5" to 22" and has a hook closure. Stamped only with the word "JAPAN", it was very difficult for me to determine these were faux. They are cold to the touch, fluoresces under black light and have a wonderful "click-y" sound to them. It passed almost all of the "tests" - they are smooth on the teeth and when rubbed together.
