A beaded evening top on silk - dating from 1970s.Made by Frank Usher and labeled 100% pure silk shell. The fine black top is covered all over with rich beading and sequins in black- but sparkle shades of blue and green in the light. This is fabulous quality top with heavy glass beading and sequinsHas shoulder pads In good condition has some sequin missing under arm pit cannot notice unless looking for it.
