Vintage 1980s cowl neck dress

Vintage 1980s midi dress, perfect for fall. A lovely sort of copper color. Waist has elastic but the rest of the dress has no stretch it has belt loops but no belt waist: 26" bust: 34" (but you probably want to be smaller than that, the fabric really has no give) length: 41" bicep: 11" (the only reason I'm not keeping it is it's too tight through the arms and shoulders on me)
