Vintage 1980s chartreuse silk button up silk blouse. This item has drop shoulders and a pocket on the left side of the chest. In decent vintage condition, some signs of wear, but overall in good shape. This item can be worn as a shirt or a dress, as the length is quite long. I've worn it as both, and fits from an XS to XXL comfortably. Measurements taken lying flat (double for accuracy): Chest (pit to pit) 24", Waist 24", Hip 23", Length 28.5".

vintageyukon @kateandomi Hello! The measurement from the top of the sleeve seam to the cuff is 23.75". From shoulder seam (taken across the top) to shoulder seam is 23.5". The model in the photo has narrow shoulders, so the shirt has a slouchy fit on them. My shoulders are quite wide and it still has a slouchy fit on me as well.
