Vintage 60s 70s Floral Maxi Dress

Bright pink floral dress, appears to be homemade. Floaty material lined with polyester. Features ruffled sleeves and a tie at the back. Colour looks red in some photos but it is hot pink. There is a rip in the chiffon at one of the armpits Estimated fit is size small.
