Vintage flower power empire waist midi dress. Chest: 32” Under bust seam: 26” - 28” Hips: 36” Length: 47” Condition: a few small snags to material. Some alterations have been done, hem was cut and sewn (its sloppy on inside but looks fine when wearing. Sleeve were also taking up but not cut so could be undone if you want. Over all nothing g is too major or noticeable when worn.
