Vintage 80s Floral Dress

Vintage 80s floral dress with beautiful lace collar, button down front to just below waist and 3/4 sleeves. Has shoulderpads which can be removed. Matching belt with gold toned buckle and grommet holes. Skirt pleated in front with side pockets . Rayon. Made in Canada. Excellent condition. No holes, tears or stains. Has been cleaned and pressed. Size tag has been removed so please see measurements. I will list as a 10 but it may fit larger. Please ask any questions you may have. All measurements are approximate.
