Vintage 80s Judith Ann silk flowy aquatic swirl print summer dress M/L

Label: Judith Ann Creations Material: 100% silk, unlined Black background with jewel tone colors of purple, green, blue and pink, blouson bust with sequins, wrap/crossover style neckline, string ties at neck with tasseled ends, layered ruffled shawl collar, ¾ sleeve with cascading silk ripples and elasticized cuffs, 6" wide smocked elasticized waistband. Skirt hemline is divided into 8 separate 18" wide panels with cascading ripples that end with 14" slits. The ruffled layers/hem have thin plastic wrapped edges to define the wavy sculptural curls. Pulls on over the head with no closures. Excellent condition, no visible flaws.
