Vintage 90s Floral Maxi Dress

This dress is a 90s dream. The dress buttons from top to bottom and also has a tie detail. The tag lists the size as 14, but please refer to the measurements below for accurate sizing. (Note: I wear a modern size 10 and this dress fits me comfortably) Laid Flat Pit to pit: 19 inches Top of shoulder to hem: 51 inches Hip (approx): 23 inches There is one small spot between two buttons, but otherwise in excellent used condition with no holes or snags.
