Vintage 90s beachy coastal boho dip dye sky ocean blue maxi dress w/ knot detail

good conditon vintage 90s y2k boho hippie summer beachy coastal style. Gorgeous gradient dip dye blue, with knot work in back. Has a sort of 1930s bias cut with a flared hem, fully lined and hidden side zip. Lining is 100% cotton. No size or brand tag. Size is based off measurements see below. Three light spots around the knees length of the skirt, please see pics.
