Vintage 90’s, cottage core, floral dress. Empire waist, mid length.

Very sweet, vintage floral dress, made in USA. White with blue flowers. Excellent used condition. Tag says size 16 but it’s definitely a small or xs (measurements in photos). No stains or flaws to note. Empire waist and falls just below knees. Feel free to comment if you have any questions.
