Vintage 90's tie back button front mini dress size M

Lovely vintage Headlines floral printed button down mini dress with small back ties. Shoulder pads removed. Fit and flare silhouette. In excellent condition except for a small hole under one button. The hole does not go through to the other side. Due to the busy print it is not noticeable. No material or size Info as the tag is too faded to make anything out. Check measurements. Medium is my best guess based on how it fits my mannequin.
