Vintage 90s tulle embroidered halter dress Laundry by Shelli Segal

Excellent preloved condition. See approximate measurements in photos. Labelled a size 10. Beautiful layers of black tulle over pale cream satin lining. Light pink embroidered details on bodice. Tie belt at waist. Only has one loop, but I believe that is how it was when new. Side zipper.
