Vintage 90s velvet dress

Stunning 90s velvet dress by Esprit. Made of 100% cotton velvet. Features a scoop neckline in front, and a deep v back, with wide bra-friendly straps. It also has lace insets on the sides that are not original to the dress. I added these myself to give it a bit more room in the bust, but sadly the dress is now too small again. I used a really pretty lace with a retro looking design in it, but this could also be easily removed if desired. Measures about 19" pit to pit, 13.5" across the waist, and 37" long. The skirt hits me at about knee length (I'm 5'6"). In amazing vintage condition.
