Has shoulder pads in the picture but theyre removable. 70% Angora, 30% Nylon Absolutely softer than soft. Has a sort of turtle neck, I'm not sure what its called, but its loose. lol In excellent condition. No pilling of the hairs Ptp 22", Legth 24" and arms are 22"
