Vintage Antique 1940s Belle Grace Montreal Wool Cashmere Coat

New with tags! Yes, really. Circa 1940s. Deigned by Belle Grace Montreal, with the sales tag still sewn into the seam. Absolutely gorgeous and soft navy wool cashmere coat with grey faux fur accents. Lined in a pretty and unique pink iridescent fabric that changes from pink to purple depending on the light. Another layer of lining is underneath this and is what feels to be a flannel. Coat has a slightly a-line flare to it. Marked size 12. Keep in mind how much sizing has changed since then so this fits smaller. See approx measurements from flat when buttoned: 19” pit to pit 40” length In excellent condition. There is a small discolouration grey faux fur near one pocket and a tiny hole in the wool on the back of one shoulder. Difficult to notice. This was $29 in 1940 which is about $650 dollars today!
