Vintage Arkin Collection plaid sleeveless dress, size 20 (modern L/XL)

Vintage Plaid Seersucker sleeveless buttondown dress. A great layering piece that can be belted and worn as a dress, or wear if open as a third piece for adding some funky style. A frame silhouette, buttondown. In good original condition. There are a couple minor stains, which one might expect from a garment of this age.
