Vintage Beaded Leather Banff Tourist Souvenir Belt

Vintage Beaded Leather Banff Tourist Souvenir Belt. Very cool piece of history from the Canadian Rockies, likely from the 1960s. According to the back stamp, the belt is genuine cowhide and beading was hand beaded by local indigenous artisans. Wearable sizing appears to be 30" on smallest hole and 35" on largest good to fair vintage condition. There are some broken stitches that were meant to anchor the beading to the leather, so a portion of the beading lifts away from the backing when not worn. Some other visible wear on the leather esp near the buckle, some other messy stitches. Overall, the beaded portion is a bit delicate, but the belt seems like it can be worn with extra care. Also a great piece to collect or repair!
