Vintage Betsy Johnson 90s/ y2k balletcore dress

Maaaaajor Sandy Liang energy with this one. Super soft and comfortable. Tag is size large but I’m a size 2/ small bust, and I’m not swimming in it. Fabric is really stretchy so I feel like this would fit a lot of different bodies. The bows are velvet. I’m 5’6 and it’s shorter than knee length but not super mini either.
