Short cape, with lovely high collar, which is so so awesome. Retro clasp. Quite honestly, I believe this is from the 80's. 100% polyester Made in China. Sweet Tiger Fashion. i love this, so it's not heartbreaking that it hasn't found a home.😆 Don't wear it though.
