Vintage Blue Floral Silk Dress

Pastel light blue with floral pattern, long silk maxi dress, cap sleeves, tie back, circa 1992. Size is estimated, but chest pit-to-pit measures 16" across or 32" around, and cut stays fairly straight with waist at 15.5" across or 31" around, and tie back can be used to tighten waist. It would fit most extra small women fine too.
