Vintage Girls Dress, Size 3. Beautiful white dress with blue flower accents. Lace collar and Trim. Dress has elastic ruching around bust and wrists. Full of frilly details. Back of dress has 3 pearlescent buttons. No holes of tears to disclose- Dress does have belt loops but no belt.
